How are visible applications determined in flow start screens?

Applications shown in the "Start Workflow" screens are determined based on the user's workflow access permissions. Only applications with assigned permissions will be available for selection.


Why can't I see any flows when trying to start a workflow?

If the user has not been granted workflow access permissions for the relevant application, no flows will appear in the flow selection dropdown. Permissions must be defined per application.
